Registration
Registration is handled by Chronorace. By registering, I accept the terms and conditions listed under Disclaimer and acknowledge that I have read the cancellation policy below. Registration closes 14 days before the event or when the maximum number of participants is reached.
Conditions for pro starters
We welcome licensed, professional athletes to participate in our event. Please inform us before registering via our contact form so that we can coordinate the further procedure.
Distance change
Re-registration for a different distance is only possible if there is sufficient capacity up to 14 days before the event. Re-registrations must be sent by email to registration@triathloneupen.be. Once you have submitted a change of registration to a different distance, you will no longer be entitled to your previous starting place.
We charge a fee of €20 for changes of registration.
Late registration
For organizational reasons, late registrations are not possible on the day of the event.
Transferring your starting place
You can transfer your starting place to another person up to 14 days before the event. This must be sent by email to registration@triathloneupen.be. Confirmation from both parties involved is required. We charge a processing fee of €20 for the transfer of a starting place.
Cancellation for health reasons
Cancellation and refund of the entry fee is only possible upon presentation of a medical certificate up to one day before the event. We charge an administrative fee of €20. Cancellations, including a copy of the certificate, must be sent by email to registration@triathloneupen.be. Cancellation for other reasons is not possible.
Waiting list
Once the starting place capacity is exhausted, we do not have a waiting list. It is not possible to move up the list.
